Welcome to the registration page for the 2025 July 4th Show N' Shine at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, sponsored by Circuit Hawaii and BTT, Inc.

We have a limited amount of time to take in registrations from those without base access, so please do not wait. We have until June 15th to get registrations in for those without base access.

Military and those with base access are free to register up until the day of the show. Drive-ins are welcome.

Please fill out the following information to reserve your slot. Entrant fees this year will be sponsored by Circuit Hawaii. This event is open to both US citizens who pass a background check and all military members (active and retired).

Due to the small amount of available space, this show is first come, first serve and we do not have the ability to reserve space or slots for others in your party.

Roll-in and setup must be completed by 1400 hrs (2PM).

MWR's 4th of July Celebration will open at 1600. Ward Field will host several bands as well as various activities for the keiki.

Capping off the night will be an incredible fireworks display.

IMPORTANT & MANDATORY

If you are a civilian with no base access, please download the SECNAV 5512, fill it out, scan it, and email a copy to your registration email from us aka reg@buildthetrack.com. You need to fill out one form for every civilian in your party, no exceptions. Military with base access is not required.

Fill out ALL highlighted areas: Full social security number is needed. Page 2: Box 28, 29, & 30 NEED TO BE WET SIGNATURES WITH BLACK INK (this is a very important step most miss). Any section with a YES or NO option needs to be checked. Do not leave blank.

By using this form, a background check will be performed. You will not be able to enter on-base if you do not complete and return this form. Deadline is June 14th.

We have ZERO control over this and have no ability to get you or anyone else in your party in if you do not submit a 5512. The deadline is absolute and we cannot change it.

Please understand that due to the small size of our show, our categories cover a broad swath of vehicles and model years. For 2025, we will have the following categories:

Hot Classic
(Any unmodified vehicles at least 20 years old to include Antique, Classic, Vintage, and Stock.)

Hot Domestic
(Any Domestic vehicle less than 20 years old.)

Hot Euro
(Any European vehicle)

Hot Import
(Any Japanese/Korean Import vehicle)

Hot Rod
(All Rod style vehicles to include Hot, Street & Rat, no year.)

Hot Truck
(Any truck from any year, modified and unmodified.)

In addition, we will present trophies for Hottest Paint & Hottest Club. If you have any questions about your category, please contact Michael Kitchens @ 782-7432.
